1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories included.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Gift cards or store credits.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@jewelleryboxcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
