- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories included.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards or store credits.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
